CUSTOMER SERVICE

Official-Merchandise.Net & Swimmeroo.com have locations in both the UK & Australia (Addresses found in Contact Us section) and we specialise in producing and supplying high-quality sports and leisure-wear and are committed to making on-line retail an enjoyable and simple experience.

This Customer Service Agreement is between Official-merchandise.net and you and applies to all transactions carried out through this website. Please read this Agreement carefully before you place your order.

Placing an Order
Ordering on line is easy. You simply place the items you require in your shopping basket by clicking on the Buy button whenever you see an item you would like to buy. Adding an item to your basket does not commit you to buy as you can always remove it later. You can review the contents of your basket at any time by clicking the Your Shopping Cart link. Once you have found all the items you need, go to the checkout and pay for your purchases by following the simple instructions given there. When you have completed the check out details you will be shown a Final Order Summary.

Once this information has been entered you will be transferred to the secure server using SSL Technology. You will then need to enter your payment details including credit card details and your full billing address.

Please note that any goods purchased on this web site must be for personal use only and must not under any circumstances be purchased for commercial purposes or distributed commercially.

Acceptance of Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We will notify you of our acceptance of your order by e-mail shortly after we receive it. At this point a binding agreement will be created between us in accordance with this Customer Service Agreement. If the product you want is out of stock or the price of the product has increased between the time of the order and our acceptance of it, we will e-mail you to advise you of the change in price or when more stock is due. You will then need to confirm to us whether you wish to proceed with your order.

Prices
All prices on our web site are available in either £UK Sterling, Australian Dollars, US Dollars, Singapore Dollars, Hong Kong Dollars, New Zealand Dollars,Yen, or Euros and include VAT or GST, as appropriate.

Listing and Descriptions
OM makes every effort to ensure that the product descriptions and photographs provided on this web site are accurate and life-like. Whilst the reproduction of colours and styles contained on the photographs shown on this website are as accurate as image and photographic processing will allow, OM cannot accept responsibility for slight variances in colour or style.

Payment
Only credit and debit cards are acceptable as payment for orders via our web site. We do not however accept payment by American Express.

We will charge your account for payment at the time that your order is despatched for delivery to you. Official-Merchandise.net is operated by K&M Sports & Events in the UK and Twelth Man Merchandise in Australia. You will be billed by the respective company, based upon the point of despatch.

Clerical Errors
OM use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that all information on this web site is accurate. In the unlikely event that an incorrect price is displayed in relation to any product on this site due to a clerical, typographical or pricing error, OM shall have the right to refuse to accept any order or cancel any contract to supply such product whether or not the order has been confirmed and the credit card has been charged. If a credit card has already been charged for the purchase and the order is cancelled for this reason OM shall issue a credit to the your credit card in the amount of the incorrect price within 5 days.

Delivery: Worldwide
OM aims to despatch all orders within 5 working days. All goods are delivered by either first class Royal Mail or Australia Post Recorded Delivery for Normal Service, which can take up to 9 working days. Delivery to the rest of the world is by air mail. OM cannot be held responsible for delays that may occur during transit. In the unlikely event that your order has not arrived within 30 days you will be entitled to a full refund.

Postage Costs
These are calculated using your delivery address. Follow the instructions on the website to see your total packaging & carriage costs. Any charges or custom's entry fees charged on entry to the delivery address entered on your order are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Right to Cancel, Return and Exchange Goods
You have the right to cancel any order that you have placed with us or return or exchange any item purchased from us for any reason whatsoever until 5 days after the date on which the product has been delivered to you provided you have not used the product or, in the case of software, audio or visual products, have not unsealed its packaging. This right does not apply to any products which we have made or customised specifically for you or to any products which by their nature have a limited lifespan and does not affect your statutory rights. We do not accept any returns on any Sale, Special Promotion or Discounted Products, unless the Goods are Faulty.

In particular, your attention is drawn to your statutory right to cancel the contract by written notice to us within five working days from the day after that on which you receive the goods. If you wish to exercise this statutory right:

  • You should return the appropriate item(s) to the address the goods were despatched from either: Official-Merchandise.net, 39 The Philog, Cardiff CF14 1DZ, United Kingdom. Or Twelth Man, 97 Kennigo Street, Spring Hill, Queensland, Australia, 4000. Please quote your original order reference, your name address and contact telephone number, and the nature of the return.
  • All goods must be returned at your own cost unless they are faulty. If you are exchanging items we will pay for the cost of sending replacement items to you.
  • If we do not receive the item back from you, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost.

Faulty Goods
In the unlikely event that any item is found to be faulty in anyway OM will offer a full refund or an exchange but will have no further liability to you. Goods sold at a discount are excluded from this obligation and are taken without any right of refund.

Cancellation, Returns and Exchange Procedure
If you wish to cancel an order or return or exchange any item purchased from this website you should return the appropriate item(s) to our address (unused/unworn still in original packaging) detailed above within 5 days of receipt of the goods. Please quote your original order reference, your name address and contact telephone number, and the nature of the return.

All goods must be returned at your own cost unless they are faulty. If you are exchanging items we will pay for the cost of sending replacement items to you.

If an order is cancelled or goods are returned within 5 days of delivery, a refund for the cost of the purchase price will be credited to your credit card within 5 days of us receiving those goods.

Refunds for faulty good will be credited to your credit card within 5 days of the return of the goods.

No items will be refunded if they are soiled or in anyway marked or damaged to render them unsaleable.
