FINA RULES:
As of January 1st 2010
Men - Jammers Only - Nothing above the Waist, Nothing below the bottom of the thigh
Women - Openback Kneeskins Only - Nothing below the bottom of the thigh, No Enclosed Back, No Fastners, Zips or Clips.
ALL SUITS - TEXTILE FABRIC ONLY - No Polyurethe

Swimming Australia Age Group Swimming Rules:
In Age Group Swimming Only, as long as the suit conforms with the above specification, it is legal for competition in Australia and does not need to be on the FINA approved list. This Rule has been adopted by Swimming Queensland and is anticipated to be followed by all the other States. Open Meets need to conform to FINA Rules.
New ANNOUNCEMENT FS PRO:
Please follow the link here to see new Swimming Australia Rules regarding the FS Pro. To summarise - FS Pro Jammers and Kneeskins are legal for OPEN Swimming until 31st July 2010 and Age Group Swimming Ongoing. No Australian Records can be established in FS Pro. Swimmeroo has these suits at EXCELLENT prices.
Open Water Swimming - in OPEN Events, ankle to neck suits, including Zippers can be worn until 31st May. This rule may change after then (FINA review.) In Age group Open Water Swimming SAL Rules must be adhered to - see above.
